Goal

Prevent Tax Location Code Default for Out of State Workers

We have employees living & working out of state and indicated the 'Tax Location Code' appropriately on JOB. Whenever an out of state employees' Position number changes either by Position Management or a new Job Data insert, changing the position number, the existing 'Tax Location Code' automatically changes back to our default location rather than carrying over the previous out of state 'Tax Location Code'.

Is there a way to keep the existing 'Tax Location Code' for out of state workers whenever the Position Number is changed?
