EEX 9.2: Unable To Join The Record EX_APPRVTRN_CA When Creating Any Query

Symptoms
There is no key field on table EX_APPRVTRN_CA and hence cannot be used in queries.
EX_APPRVTRN_CA is the cash advance approval train info table, table EX_APPRVTRN is the equivalent table for expense reports.
Table EX_APPRVTRN has SHEET_ID as a key field and therefore can link this table to other expense report tables in an Archive Template. EX_APPRVTRN_CA should have ADVANCE_ID as a key field to mirror the expense report table, to make the same connection for the cash advance tables.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
