EBI 9.2: After Updating the Contact Name and Email, Customer Contact Name Is Not Updated for the Recurring Bill (Doc ID 2963410.1)

Symptoms

After updating the contact name and email, the customer's contact name is not getting updated for the recurring bill.

Replication Steps:
---------------------

1. Create a recurring bill ( NAvigation - Billing- Maintain Bills - Standard Bill).
2. Update existing contact from the above recurring bill customer contact, and add a new name and email address (Navigation - Customers - Create customer contact).
3. Go to recurring bill again and notice under the Address tab that the contact email has been updated but the contact name is still old.
