EPY: Running PYAP_XDEDNCA and Getting No Results (Doc ID 2963613.1)

Symptoms

We are running PYAP_XDEDNCA and getting the following error when we select the option "specified date range":

 
There are unprocessed deduction transactions for the Specified Date. (1500,547)

There are outstanding Commitment Accounting Deduction Transactions that must be processed by 'Actuals GL Interface - Commitment Accounting' before running the AP Extract processes.

Ensure that the 'Actuals GL Interface - Commitment Accounting' is run for all Pay End Dates less than or equal to the Specified Date


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run the AP Extract Deductions for Commitment Accounting - Payroll for North America> Payroll Distribution> Accounts Payable Information > CA Non-Tax Deductions Extract
2. Verify the log file that shows the error
