Symptoms
Receive Error only in MSS (Microsoft SQL Server) enviornment when clicking Create Requisition Tile if the user has access to custom fields.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Install > Installation Options > Purchasing
Check Enter Custom Fields
Save
2. Navigate :eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain System Roles and users > Assign Role action to Roles
Select Transaction : Requisition / RoleName : ePro Admin
Click Search
Select RoleActionCategory=REQACS
Add Role Action : CUSTOM_FIELDS
Save
3. Navigate : PeopleTools > Portal > Configure Drop Zones
Search Component PV_MOB_855_CMP
At page: PV_MOB_NEW_CHEKOUT, add subpages: PV_CUSTFLD_HDR_SBF
Save
4. Navigate : eProcurement > Create Requisition
Issue : Receive error
