Symptoms
When a lease is activated, the following error is displayed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Add a new Payables Lease.(Lease Administration > Payable Leases> Create New Payable LEase)
2) Add 2 Base rents.( Go to financial terms tab and from the drop down for Lease payments)
3) First base rent with free rent.
4) Second Base rent with the annual arrears payments.
5) Save and Activate the Lease.
