PE: APT Request - Create Plan Node Is Picking Wrong Term When Personalized Timeline Has Multiple Enteries (Doc ID 2964064.1)

Symptoms


When running the APT Request / Create Plan node at the moment APT Request is picking the 1st value and creating the planning node incorrectly


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment ->Program Enrollment->APT request and create an APT
2. Go to Timeline Tab
3. Click Personalized Timeline
4. Click add under Level 2 And add a new row for the same node id
5. Check the db and note that a row was created for node ID 120
6. Click Create Plan Node tab
7. Go to Item and Note that You will see that only the 1st one is pulled through
