Symptoms
"%FirstRows" METASQL not working when used in a Query expression or on other pages after migrating/upgrading from DB2/PT8.57 to ORA/PT8.60. In the Query the METASQL does not get replaced with any platform specific SQL for ORACLE.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Add "%FirstRows" METASQL to expression in Query
2. Add expression as field
3. View SQL
4. Observe no expression added to SQL for "%FirstRows"
