A problem has been detected when running process Cancel Payments and have two Cash Advanced whit a different Empl Rcd Nbr one with 0 and other with 1, the process throw the following error message  SQL Error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (EMDBO.PS_EX_ADVNCE_PYMNT) violated on Step EX_CANCL_PMT.CANCELPY.REISU_EA (Action SQL)

    Steps to reproduce the isssue:
    1.- Employee with multiple active Job Records (EMPL_RCD 0 and 1), and set as Default Profile EMPL_RCD = '0'
    2.- Log into the FSCM Online Application as an Expenses User
    3.- Create one Cash Advance, with Empl Rcd Nbr '0', Approve, Stage, Pay and Post Payments.
    4.- Create second Cash Advance, with Empl Rcd Nbr '1', Approve, Stage, Pay and Post Payments.
    5.- Proceed to cancel the first Payment with the options of: Void, and Re-Issue
    6.- Proceed to cancel the second Payment with the options of: Void, and Re-Issue    
    7.- Expense Processing "Cancel Payments"
    8.- ISSUE: Unique constraint error while running Cancel Payments process
