Customer Return Material Authorization RMA Returns Price from Catalog Instead of Price List (Doc ID 2964405.1)

Symptoms

Customer return material authorization RMA returns price from catalog instead of price list. Price list should be used when setup.

Steps to Reproduce Issue:

1. Setup RMA Price Transaction Code

Navigation:
Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Pricing Registration > Price Transaction Code

2. Setup RMA Transaction Price-by Keys

For example, RMA Business Unit.

Navigation:
Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Pricing Registration > Transaction Price-by Keys

3. Add Price List for test product $10

Navigation:
Pricing Configuration > Create Pricing Information > Price List Maintenance

4. Add Price Rule and assign price list from prior step

Navigation:
Pricing Configuration > Create Pricing Information > Price Rules Maintenance

5. Assign Catalog List Price for test product $55

Navigation:
Products > Identify Product Details > Assign List Price

6. Add Customer Return RMA with test product

Navigation:
Customer Returns > Create/Update RMA

Product price from $55 is retrieved instead of list price $10.
