Timesheet Related Action On Personal Details Goes To Classic Timesheet Instead of Fluid Timesheet (Doc ID 2964913.1)

Symptoms

Timesheet related action on Personal Details pages will take user to the classic Timesheet instead of the fluid Timesheet, even if the user has access to fluid.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to ESS fluid home > Personal Details tile > Addresses tile
2. From the action menu next to the name, choose Time Reporting > Timesheet
3. User is taken to classic timesheet, even though they have access to fluid.
