The Benefits Administration Snapshot inserts a duplicate enrollment record for the same Life Benefit Plan for employees.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Run the Benefits Administration process to finalize the Snapshot Event (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
     2. Check the enrollments for an employee for Plan Type 20 (Navigation: Benefits > Enroll in Benefits > Life and AD/D Benefits).
