Life Events Remain on PS_W3EB_LE_STATE92 Records After Benefits Administrator Deletes Them on Manage Benefits Instances Page (Doc ID 2964968.1)

When Benefits Instances for Life Events were deleted on the Manage Benefits Instances page, the related PS_W3EB_LE_STATE92 records remained. This prevents employees from entering a new Life Event of the same Type.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Navigate to Benefits > Manage Benefits Instances.
     2. Delete one or more instances.
     3. Using SQL, determine if the related PS_W3EB_LE_STATE92 records still exist.
