Symptoms
On : 8.59 version, Portal Technology - Back Button when going from Dash Board:
Back Button title description is displaying junk characters, specifically '#039;' in place of apostrophe's.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using PT 8.59.07 add an apostrophe to a Navigation Collection name.
2. The PT Back Button is subsequently not properly named and includes '#039;' in place of the apostrophe.
