Symptoms
Campus Solutions Credit History/Collections/Late Fees
Late fees (SFPLATFE) are not calculating and posting for students who have past due charges.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Credit history to move students into the past due category.
2. Run the late fee process from the page Student Financials > Charges and Payments > Late Fees.
3. Note that even though several students were past due no one had any late fees posted to their account.
