Symptoms

When attempting to access the Learning Column Link on the Objective History page,
the following error occurs.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Access the Employee self Service Fluid Homepage > Learning Tile > Plan and objective time>Learning objective page >Select the Objective History page and find the
objective linked to the added supplemental learning.
2. By clicking on the link from the column Learning the above Error is displayed.
