ELM 9.2: After Consulting 'Program Relationship' it is not Possible to Save Changes to a Course: "Field is Required: LM_PRG_VW - CURRENCY_CD (124,64)"

Symptoms
After accessing the 'Program Relationship' page, it is not possible to save the changes to a course. On save the following Error occurs even though the Currency Code is added on the Course page.
The issue only occurs when clicking on Program Relationship hyperlink and then return to main page (Course Page).
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to: Main Menu > Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Course
2. Click on the Program Relationship hyperlink.
3. Click on the Cancel button.
4. Update the Course Code
5. Click on the Save button, Error occurs.
