Symptoms
When trying to delete the newly added effective dated address, the following error is encountered on the page:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Modify a person and select a person.
2. Add an effective dated row for the person's Address.
3. Attempt to Delete that address's effective dated row to see the error.
