Symptoms

When the user attempts to run the Student Administration Integration Pack (SAIP) Bulk Data Exchange Process, the following error occurs. 



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > SA Integration Pack > Bulk Data Exchange > Run Bulk Data Exchange.
  2. Select the Service Name.
  3. Click Run.
  4. Review the AE_SAE_BULK_AE.stdout to confirm the error.
