E-PIA: Cannot Add or Insert Images in the Rich Text Editor(CK Editor) if the Remote Page is in a Local Navigation Collection of the Portal DB (Doc ID 2965556.1)

PeopleTools (PT) 8.59.17

Interaction Hub 9.1 is the Portal DB.

FSCM 9.2 is the content provider DB.

When navigating to a remote page which has a rich text editor through a local navigation collection, users can not add or insert images in the rich text editor. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into PIA and navigate to PeopleTools > Portal > Portal Utilities > Manage Navigation Collections.

2. Add one collection.

3. Add a link to the remote node ERP > PeopleTools > Security > Password Configuration > Forgotten Password Email Text.

4. Add the navigation collection as a tile using Tile Wizard.

5. Add the tile into a fluid homepage.

6. Navigate to the homepage and click the tile.

7. Click Forgotten Password Email Text page.

8. Click Insert Image icon.

9. A Small Image Upload window opens.

10. Upload an image.

11. Observe a rotating dot icon is displayed, but the image is not uploaded.
