Goal

When Invoking the FM Need Analysis Calculator on-line, a warning message displays on the page: "FM Budget Duration is zero months. FM Duration assumed to be 9 months." In some cases this messages is seen in the context of the issue documented in Note 2923384.1, where the calculation is being invoked either on the Verification or ISIR Suspense page, with the warning message causing the error seen on those pages.

The message is confusing, because the FM Budget Duration is found to be properly set - to 9 or another valid non-zero value - on the Global Options setup for the Rule Set being used in the calculation and/or on the FM Extensions page when the rule set has been entered there.

If the FM Budget duration is verified to NOT be zero, then what does message mean?
