ELM: After Launch SCORM 1.2 Content, the Application Freezes (Doc ID 2965810.1)

After launch SCORM 1.2 content, the application freezes, and the first slide appears but nothing happens.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as Learner
2. navigate to Self Service > Learning >Find Learning > {search/select} Course with SCORM 1.2 content.
3. Enroll and launch SCORM 1.2 content from Table of Content page using launch linkFirst page of content opens, and the system freezes.
