In Self Service Make a Payment, the Third Party Page To Enter Credit Card Information Displays a Blank Page, Preventing Completion of the ePayment and Resulting in Step 6 Error: 'Your payment cannot be processed due to a system error.' (Doc ID 2965835.1)

When attempting to make a credit card payment using the student self service, Step 4 of the activity guide used in the Make A Payment process displays a blank page.  In this example, Step 4 is the punch out to the third party ePayment provider. The blank page persists for a period of time, returning to Step 5.  On Step 6 the following message occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Student signs in to Self Service Make A Payment;
  2. Student follows the Activity Guide steps;
  3. Step 4 of the activity guide displays a blank page that persists for some time;
  4. Step 5 of the activity guide displays as usual;
  5. Step 6 of the activity guide displays the error message.
