Symptoms
When attempting to make a credit card payment using the student self service, Step 4 of the activity guide used in the Make A Payment process displays a blank page. In this example, Step 4 is the punch out to the third party ePayment provider. The blank page persists for a period of time, returning to Step 5. On Step 6 the following message occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Student signs in to Self Service Make A Payment;
- Student follows the Activity Guide steps;
- Step 4 of the activity guide displays a blank page that persists for some time;
- Step 5 of the activity guide displays as usual;
- Step 6 of the activity guide displays the error message.
