E-ES/PORTAL : Search Results Include an Entry Users are not Authorized to Access, but then Selecting the Entry Returns a "You are not authorized for this page." Error (Doc ID 2965910.1)

Symptoms

A user who is not authorized to access the Customization Repository page attempts to do so.
Using the dropdown menu (which uses PTPORTALREGISTRY) in the Search Suggestion, the user enters "Custom" in the search field.
"Customization Repository" entry is included in the search results even though it shouldn't be.
If the user then attempts to access this component by clicking on (selecting) the entry, the following error is seen.

"You are not authorized for this page."


Replication steps:
------------------
1. Log into a PeopleTools (PT) 8.60/HCM 9.2 Demo environment using the sample user AADAMS.
2. Enter "Custom" in the global search field, and observe that "Customization Repository" is displayed even though it shouldn't be.
3. Select (Click on) the "Customization Repository" entry, and observe the error above.
