Symptoms

Benefits Enrollment snapshot (SQR BEN100A.sqr) fails with the following error:ERROR

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Run the Refresh Benefit Snapshot process (Navigation: Benefits > Interface with Providers > Refresh Benefit Snapshot).
     2. Monitor the process in Process Monitor (Navigation: PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Process Monitor).
     3. When the process fails, check the .out file (Navigation: Details link > View Log/Trace link).
