E-PIA: PT 8.60 Create/Update Stock Request Page Not Saving When Using Related Content (Doc ID 2965988.1)

In PT 9.60 when Related content is used in the component, the Create/update Stock request page is not saved

Steps to replicate the issue:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Main Menu > PeopleTools > Portal > Related Content Service > Define Related Content Service
Click on ‘Add a New Value’
Give Service ID the name ‘CS_STOCKCATALOG’ and click Add
 Fill in the following information:
*Note: The external url is within our network. I attached the CSXINSCAL.htm file to this issue so you can place it where you need to, with the appropriate url.
 Click ‘Save’
2. Navigate to: Main Menu > PeopleTools > Portal > Related Content Service > Manage Related Content Service
Click on ‘Assign Related Content to an Application Page’ hyperlink
From the Select a Content Reference page, navigate to the Create/Update Stock Request item and click it to select it:
 From the Configure Related Content page click the magnifying glass to the right of the Service type field in the Component Level Related Content section to select the CS_STOCKCATALOG service.
 Next click ‘Configure’
 Verify the Service Security Options is set to ‘Public Access’. When done, click the OK button.
 I didn’t define anything on the Configure Related Actions page.
From the Configure Layout tab on top of the page, click the Configure Layout button in the Related Content Frame section.
 From the Configure Related Frame Layout page, the Bottom Frame and Open in expanded view options were selected.
 Click Save
3. navigate to: Main Menu > Inventory > Fulfill Stock Orders > Stock Requests > Create/Update Stock Request
Click ‘Add’
 In This Order:
- Click on magnifying glass in the location field and select Location US008 -
- In the Demand Lines, Select Item ID ‘AM1000’
Give it a Quantity of 1
- Now Click on Related Content dropdown and select ‘Stock Catalog’
 You will see Stock Catalog appear at bottom of page:
Now close the related content page completely by selecting the 3 dots and selecting Close
 Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the Create/Update Stock Request page
Issue : The ‘Saving Page’ banner displays indefinitely and an Order No is never generated.

Please Note: This page works fine when you do not open the related content page at all. It’s only when you open it that something gets messed up. Looks like javascript
