Symptoms

When placing the mouse cursor in the Global Search field, it returns message:

The issue is reproducible with the following steps:
1. Login.
2. Place the mouse cursor in the Global Search field to get Suggestions Search results.
3. Observe the message that is returned: "Authorization Error -- Contact your Security Administrator"
4. Inform a keyword for the search and hit the Enter key.
   A javascript error pops up in the browser and the page was just spinning.
