Fluid Class Search Not Returning all Classes When Data from Class Table (CLASS_TBL) is not Sync with Elastic Search Class Table (SSR_CLS_TBL_ES)

Symptoms
Fluid Class Search is not returning all results for class sections recently modified, even though the "Track Admin changes" is enabled and the incremental build is running on a recurrence schedule on the early morning.
The following discrepancies are noted in the data form Class Table (CLASS_TBL) compared to the Elastic Search Class Table (SSR_CLS_TBL_ES):
- In SSR_CLS_TBL_ES, a course has three class sections, but in CLASS_TBL, there are only two class sections.
- For two courses, the ACAD_CAREER is different in both tables; for example: a course has ACAD_CAREER = XXX in SSR_CLS_TBL_ES, then same course has ACAD_CAREER = XXY in CLASS_TBL.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to 'Class Search & Enroll'.
- Search a class entering the parameters for an existing class (Academic Institution, Academic Career, Term, Course ID, Course Offering Nbr).
- No matching values were found.
