Goal
With Pay/Bill and Staffing implemented, HR creates the EMPL_RCD 0 upon hiring an applicant via Staffing in FSCM. Then each assignment in Staffing creates the subsequent EMPL_RCD#. Does the HR system terminate Record 0 upon ending the assignment?
