Candidate Gateway: File Name Not Automatically Changed When Edited on Application (Doc ID 2966369.1)

Symptoms

If internal applicant edits/changes a document file, the file name is not automatically updated on the page.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Employee Self Service>Careers>Job Application.
  2. Apply for position; add attachment.
  3. Realize incorrect attachment was applied; click edit.
  4. Update the proper attachment; click done.
  5. When returned to the page, the file name is not changed.

If the user advances to the next step of the Activity Guide and returns to the attachment page, the correct file name is displayed, but until that is done, user isn't sure if the proper file is currently attached.
