Symptoms
Mass Approval buttons are not showing for fluid Job Actions on fluid Approvals tile.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ensure mass approvals are on for Fluid Job Actions at Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals > Fluid Approval Setup
2. Log in as a user with fluid Job Action approvals pending
3. Go to the Approvals tile, and select the Manage Job section
4. Checkboxes to select the rows appear, but no mass approval buttons appear.
