Symptoms
When trying to download the W-4 PDF Form for Federal Tax Withholding from the Tax Withholding Tile, by submitting the Login Credentials, the following Error occurs:
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Access: Fluid Home > Employee Self Service > Payroll > Tax Withholding tile
- click on the Federal section and download the PDF form.
2. Open the W4 PDF form and make changes as per need and click on Submit button.
3. Submit the login credentials when prompted.
4. Notice the above error message occurs.
