EAM: When OPRID Length Is More Than 8 Characters, the Report "Asset NBV by Category (AMNB1010)” Is Generated Blank

Symptoms
When OPRID length is more than 8 characters, the report "Asset NBV by Category (AMNB1010)" is generated blank.
Steps:
1. Login into PS 9.2 DEMO with User TestUserID (More than 8 char).
2. Run the process “Load Net Book Value Table” to load the data into “PS_ASSET_NBV_TBL” table.
Navigation: Asset Management > Financial Reports > Load Reporting Tables > Load Net Book Value Table > Net Book Value Table
3. Run the BI Publisher Report “AMNB1010” to replicate the issue.
Navigation: Main Menu>Asset Management>Financial Reports>Cost and Depreciation>AM/GL Reconciliation & NBV Rpt> Net Book Value By Category
