Enrollment Verification report displays the latest effective dated Academic plan description instead of the actual one . 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Plan Table > Academic Plan Table
2. Records and Enrollments > Enrollment Verifications > Enrollment Verification
3. Search the student id
4. Click on Print button
