Symptoms
Using ExcelToCI VNDR_ID Component Interface to load supplier data. An Error is received when clicking ‘Stage Data for Submission’.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. ExcelToCi File Connect Information tab > enter required values
2. Template tab click Add-ins link > click ‘New Template’ > enter UserID, Password > Component Interface Name = VNDR_ID_EXCEL
3. Click on ‘Select Input Cell’ > Selected the following fields:
Record Type 000: SetID, Supplier ID, Persistence, Short Supplier Name, Supplier Name, Display VAT Flag
Record Type 8-0-0: Address Sequence Number, Description
Record Type 8-1-0: Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Postal
Record Type 10-0-0: Supplier Location
4. Click ‘New Data Input’ > Yes to message, ‘Are you sure you want to delete all the existing data in the Data Input worksheet?’
5. Enter field values in Data Input tab > click ‘Stage Data for Submission’ > > Staging & Submission tab shows Error
