Symptoms

Match Exception Collaboration center is not retrieving the exception details for an accounts payable business unit.

For Example:

When trying to return the match exception details with a wide-open search from 01/01/2022 till the current date. it is observed that no rows were returned.

When the open search was done from 01/01/2022 to 10/19/2022 with US001 a total of 1974 were returned.

When the open search was done from 01/01/2022 to 10/19/2022 with US002 no rows were returned. But there is data present in the PS_AP_MECC_LIST_VW for US002.

In the <images, examples, video > and/or the attached document, user details/company name/address/email/ telephone number all represent a fictitious sample from the Oracle Demo Vision Database. Any similarity to actual companies or actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and is in no way intentional on the part of Oracle.

Steps to Replicate:
1. Navigate to fluid Home page > Payables operations > Match exceptions
2. Provide the filter details like from date and to date and click on done.
3. Review the summary page, there is no data retrieved when searching for the US002 BU.
