SFP: SAFI Reporting Enrollments for a New/Current Program is Including Enrollments From a Completed Program (Doc ID 2967453.1)

When students have completed or are in the process of completing one program, and have been matriculated into a new program, the enrollment information sent in the SAFI for the new program is including enrollments from the completed program. 

The SAFI should be including only enrollment information pertinent to the new/current program, so that SAP processing will work correctly in the SFP system. 

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Campus Community > Student Fin Planning Interface > Process SFP Messages.
2. Populate the parameters, including Message Class 'Student Academic and Fin Info'. 
3. Run the process. 
4. Review the file produced, noting the data for the current academic program includes enrollment information from the previous program.
