Why Managers Are Able to View Employees Associated With An Empty Position in My Team Tile Summary Page? (Doc ID 2967650.1)

When the user navigates to the Manager Self Service >  My Team Tile, the manager can see an employee even if they report to a empty position that has never been filled but does not appear on the Update Team Information tile.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Manager Self-Service> My Team Tile
2. Verify the Summary Page
3. Directs & Empty Position Employee Appeared in the List
4. Go to Manager Self Service and Click on Update Team Information Tile
5. No Empty Position Employee appeared in the List
