E-Chatbot: Testing Chatbot Error : Handshake service -ps.AuthenticateGUID Rejected for Auth type PSTOKENwith response Error (Doc ID 2967677.1)

HCM, ELM, and FSCM chatbots, all of which are seamlessly integrated with PeopleSoft services through custom components developed using Node.js.

While testing the bot, encountered below error in  log of the custom component "HCM.absence.GetUserProfile".
