Symptoms
The eSupplier approver can click Request for Information multiple times for same transaction.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login as eSupplier approver and goto approvals.
2.Open a Supplier Change Request and click on more.
3.Click on Request Information. Provide the Reason Code and click OK. The Requestor will receive email.
4.As the approver Request for More Information and click OK and refresh the page, the Approver can again open
the transaction click on Request for More Information multiple times. And every time email is triggered to
Requestor.
