Symptoms

Getting error message on eProcurement requisition page when enabling the Page and Field Configurator for component: PV_PROCURE_REQ.

Fetching array element 8: index is not in range 1 to 2. (180,252) EOCC_COMP_CONFIG.Utility.RequiredEdit.OnExecute Name:RefreshFields PCPC:544 Statement:12

While fetching the value of an array element, the index was not within the length of the array.

 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to: Enterprise Component > Page and Field configuration > Page and Field Configurator, choose component: PV_PROCURE_REQ
  2. Select Supplier Item ID Field and MFG Item ID field.
  3. Select Label Text and Modify Label Text and save all the changes.
  4. Navigate to eProcurement > Create requisition and add any catalog item.
  5. Try to save the requisition.
  6. Getting error message.

Issue caused due to missing or incorrect setup.
