EAR 9.2 : When a New Conversation is Added With Send Email Selected, Email is Not Sent to Customer

Symptoms
The send email functionality is not working when conversation is updated with send email selected.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Main Menu > Customer> Conversations > Update Conversations.
2. Add a conversation entry and ensure send email is checked.
3. Save the Conversation, email should be sent but was not send .
4. The field Email Date Time is not getting populated.
