EPY: Employees Tax Distribution When Running PSPPFUND is Not Looking at Tax Account Mapping (Doc ID 2968070.1)

When running PSPPFUND, the employee's tax distribution is not looking at the tax account mapping.

Even though the Tax Accounting Mapping table is setup to point Account "502200" for "FICA Med Hospital Ins / ER", some of the employee have a different account i.e 501010

Is there a setup at Employee level or Department level this is getting picked from?


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Department Budget Table the employee is tied too has "Account Overrides" deselected for taxes - Set Up HCM>Product Related>Commitment Accounting>Budget Information>Department Budget Table USA

2. Create a Tax Account Mapping for Taxes - Set Up HCM>Product Related>Commitment Accounting>Fringe Costs>Tax Account Mapping Table USA

3. Run PSPPFUND - Payroll for North America>Payroll Distribution>Commitment Accounting USA>Distribute Actuals

4. Verify PAY_TAX_DIST does not show the account that is defined in the "Tax Account Mapping Table USA" page
