Symptoms
When attempting to login to PeopleSoft, after configuring the system to use the Proxy Plugin over SSL on WebLogic, the login page does not open and the following error is observed in the Plugin error log file.

The issue was reproducible in the customer site with the following steps:
1. Configure the system to use the Proxy over SSL.
2. Try to access the login page.
3. Login page does not open and the error is observed in the plugin error log file.
Changes
The Peoplesoft HCM system was upgraded from 8.57 to 8.60.04 and, with that, web servers are running weblogic 14.1.1.0.0
There is a proxy server in front of the web servers, which runs on Apache/2.4.6 (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) Server, built on OS Redhar Linux 7.9.
The Weblogic plugin 12.2.1.4.0 is in place on the proxy server.
