How is the Service Indicator Released When Running the Credit History Process? (Doc ID 2968384.1)

Goal

After a student has paid due charges, the Service Indicator that was placed on the student account is not getting released when running the Credit History process.  What are the steps that need to be taken in order for the Credit History process to release the service indicator that was placed by Credit History?
