After Clicking My Advisees Tile on the FLUID Advisor Homepage, the Page spins for 5-6 minutes Before Displaying 'The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.' (Doc ID 2968599.1)

Symptoms

On the FLUID Advisor Homepage, when clicking the My Advisees Tile, the page never opens - spinning for for 5-6 minutes before eventually displaying the following message:

The issue is found to occur specifically when the advisor is part of a committee, and that committee has more then ten thousand (10K) advisees assigned to it. If this number is reduced, such as by removing the advisor from one or more committees, then the tile opens as expected, within seconds.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Login as the Advisor to the Advisor Homepage.
  2. Click the 'My Advisees' tile and note that it spins and never opens, until finally producing the message indicated above.
