Symptoms

The PDF file Generated by the Dispatch (POXMLP) Process wraps the ChartField (Project) data and Creates Additional Blank Lines.

Note: In the Replication Steps, User Details / Company Names / Addresses / Emails / Telephone Numbers / Etc. are fictitious (based upon made-up data used in the Oracle DEMO Environments), any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
     1. Navigate: Purchasing > Purchase Order > Add/Update POs
     2. Create purchase order
     3. Add an item
     4. Go to Distributions page
     5. Select PC Business Unit : US005
     6. Select Project : 00000000000286
     7. Select Activity : CONFIG
     8. Save
     9. Click View Printable Version
     10. Click Yes [PDF opened]
Issue : Project value is wrapped and additional blank lines are created
