After applying Tax Update 23-B and running Paysheet and Paycalc processes, it abends with subscript out of range error in PSPCMPLK.cbl:

PeopleSoft Payroll -- Version 9.2

Object Code error : file '/app02/psoft/psxp/psxp_app_home/cblbin/PSPCMPLK.gnt'

error code: 153, pc=0, call=1, seg=0

153 Subscript out of range (in PSPCMPLK.cbl, line 350)

Another customer after applying Tax Update 23-B was running online check and they were getting this online error.
