E-ES: Elasticsearch Is Not Indexing All the Available Documents

Symptoms
Elasticsearch is not indexing all the available documents.
Note: The use case below uses the full build of index EP_PO_PURCHASE_ORDERS as an example. The issue applies to all indices.
The issue was reproducible in the customer site with the following steps:
1. Run the full index for Search Definition EP_PO_PURCHASE_ORDERS.
2. Observe in the log file (<PS_CFG_HOME>/appserv/prcs/<Domain Name>/log_output/AE_PTSF_GENFEED_<processInstance>.log) that Total documents processed > Total documents indexed.
3. Perform a search, in Global Search, for expected search results and notice that some of the expected results are not returned.
