EAP: When There Are Amount Differences Between PO Amt Matched and Merchandise Matched, the PO is Not Picked Up For the PO Rollover Process (Doc ID 2969978.1)

Symptoms

When the PO Activity Summary page shows different amounts between the Merchandise Matched and Amt Matched, the PO is not picked up for the PO Rollover process.


STEPS
-----------------------

1. Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Units of Measure > Define System UOM: Add UOM = WK (Week)

2. Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update > Express Pos
    a. Add PO10 with 2 Lines
    b. Line 1: Qty = 1.5, Price = 1.99 / WK, Total = 2.99
    c. Line 2: Qty = 3.33 / EA, Price = 4.49 / EA, Total = 14.95
    d. Budget Check
    e. Dispatch

3. Purchasing > Receipts > Add/Update Receipts:
    a. Add Receipt REC10
    b. Select PO Line 1 and copy to receipt

4. Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Add/Update > Regular Entry
    a. Add Voucher POV10A
    b. Select PO10 Line 1 and copy to voucher
    c. Invoice Information page > Action Box: Match, Budget Check, Voucher Post

5. Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Review PO Information > Activity Summary
    a. Merchandise Matched = 2.99
    b. Matched tab > Amt Matched = 2.985

6. SQL Developer
    a. Query VCHR_MTCH_DETLS
        MERCH_AMT_VCHR = 2.985
        MERCH_AMT_PO = 2.99
        Difference = .005

    b. Query VCHR_RECV_MTCH
        MERCH_AMT_VCHR = 2.985
        MERCH_AMT_RECV = 2.99
        Difference = .005

    c. Query PO_LINE_MATCHED
        MERCH_AMT_PO = 2.99
        MERCH_AMT_XXX fields = 2.985
        Difference = .005

Changes

 PO Rollover process was run
